NanoLC and MicroLC for Increased Peak Resolution and Sensitivity
Programmable Voltage for Optimizing Charge States for MS/MS Sensitivity
Minimal Sample Consumption
Fast method development with programmable voltage and dual column capabilities
The AutoNano is uniquely suited for obtaining maximum sensitivity of peptide biomarkers. Biomarkers, useful for understanding medical disorders and the effectiveness of treatment, are generally present in biological matrices at <1pg/mL levels. Increasing sensitivity through the use of both nanoLC-MS and microLC-MS, and the optimized programmable voltage of multiply charged peptides allow the maximum obtainable sensitivity in targeted MS/MS analyses. This chromatograms below were obtained by the AutoNano’s programmable high voltage power supply which drives multiply charged peptides to the highest charge state in conjunction with an optimization of capillary voltage, cone voltage, and mobile phase composition for each peptide in a chromatographic method.
